Maison Margiela - Maison Margiela's iconic Tabi shoes were developed in the late 1980s out of necessity – the label had no resources to develop new styles and were therefore forced to re-imagine existing ones – and these black platform boots became a statement of their enduring cult status. They're made in Italy from supple leather and accented with the now iconic split toe and a patent-leather panel, then can be paired with midi-length dresses and skirts to accentuate the tubular heel.
