Simone Rocha's Fall '19 collection is inspired in part by the whimsical elegance of Louise Bourgeois, who's always been something of a muse for the designer. Underpinned with a lacy pink slip (which can be worn by itself), this tulle dress is cut to create a strapless illusion and has a dropped full skirt. The sequins glimmer gorgeously - particularly on the fluttery ruffles and draped sleeves.
