Shipping Details Returns Returns are eligible for refund if a return authorization request is made within 21 days of your original purchase. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of original purchase. Returns requested after this window cannot be processed. Items must be returned in original condition and must include the original garment bags, poly bag and/or boxes. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear. Shoes with worn soles will be rejected and returned to sender.
