This skirt is skillfully hand-knit in a fair trade artisan facility in Peru. The kick pleat gives it a faux-wrap feel and allows for taking more generous steps than would be possible in a straight pencil skirt. The form fitting skirt is nice and warm and a great layering piece in the winter. It has a more high-waisted fit which is very slimming. The elastic waist band is nice and thick and provides nice support around the middle right where many of us need it.Model is 5'9" and is wearing size Medium.
