Playing on the Metamorphosis theme we introduce The Phoenix Palm pendant. The palm branch is a symbol of victory, triumph, peace and eternal life originating in the ancient Near East and Mediterranean world. The palm (Phoenix) was sacred in Mesopotamian religions, and in ancient Egypt represented immortality for some. This piece was actually cast from a piece of dried algae. The designer noticed it on a walk the beach on the English coast. She saw something in the object that she felt was beautiful and natural, so decided to have it cast into silver, forever preserving the form of this branch of the sea. All of our pieces are lovingly created using 925 Sterling Silver, Gold Plating, Rose Gold Plating & Semi-Precious Stones. These Stones are natural and therefore unique so from time to time may vary in size, tone and finish. Small imperfections or 'beauty spots', as we like to call them, are inherent and add character and individuality to the Stone.
