A favorite Italian dish, risotto can be challenging for home chefs—until now. For authentic Italian risotto with a delightful hint of truffle flavor it's this easy. Simply melt butter in a saucepan and add this mix. Toast over low heat, stirring constantly for a minute or two. Add a glass of white wine and stir through until evaporated. Prepare around three cups broth (or hot water) and add a little at a time, cooking over low heat for 15-18 minutes stirring occasionally.
