Exercising in pregnancy is hard. I started out pretty strong in the first trimester, but I don't do any intentional exercise right now. I mostly try to stay active doing things around the house, gardening, going on walks around the neighborhood. I feel a little guilty about not trying hard enough to exercise, but I think all I can do is my best.
